Recovering fines
As one of its tasks, Brussels Fiscality recovers fines and other debts for various public services.
For example, Brussels Fiscality recovers fines issued by Bruxelles Propreté (the Brussels Waste Management Service), Brussels Environment, Brussels Housing, Brussels Mobility and the Port of Brussels.
Recovery may also involve grants or subsidies awarded by Brussels Economy and Employment, Urban.Brussels or Innoviris, particularly when a person or company has not met the required conditions.
