You can also involve a third party to facilitate discussions, such as a property management company, building manager, neighbourhood committee and community services or associations.

Information is categorised by noise source (transport, neighbours, shops and businesses, leisure and services). The site explains how to file a complaint if dialogue has not resolved the issue.
