Roles of Brussels Synergy
Brussels Synergy aims to be a key partner in the Brussels-Capital Region. Its mission is to streamline the execution of the government strategy and foster connections among actors within and outside the Brussels Regional Public Service.
It ensures the overall coherence of our operations and actions, coordinates the efforts of various SPRB (Brussels Regional Public Service) administrations, and assists them in establishing public services.
Operating under the direct authority of the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General of the SPRB, it provides public services related to strategy, management, and support in the following areas:
- Financial coordination
- Human resources
- Well-being and occupational safety (SIPPT)
- Logistics support services (Facilities)
- Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Quality and complaint management
- Sustainability policy and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
- Mail management and internal distribution of Brussels government documents
- Legal support (legal advice and opinions, public contracts, etc.)
- Translation service
- Communication
Some of these tasks are also carried out for institutions other than the SPRB under service contracts.
