• Developing public spaces and managing facilities in terms of mobility and property assets;
• Ensuring high-quality housing for everyone;
• Managing and controlling public finances;
• Organising, advising and financing local authorities;
• Effectively representing the BRPS in national, European and international bodies and integrating the role of Brussels as the capital of Europe;
• Ensuring overall coherence in operations, organising and coordinating actions and services to support the administrations in their tasks through logistics and IT support, as well as an appropriate human resources policy.
