Paradigm gives its users a voice: feedback on the eSign Users Club
On Thursday 19 June, on the 32nd floor of the IRIS Tower, with a breathtaking view of the Brussels region, Paradigm hosted its eSign Users Club alongside its partner and solution provider, LuxTrust. An ideal opportunity for the Marketing and Product teams to present future developments and discuss the platform with its users.
eSign, its roadmap and use cases
This session was an opportunity for Paradigm's Product Managers, Fabrice Monaco and Mica Capezzuto, to share the highly encouraging usage figures for the platform with users from the Brussels administrations. 153.000 electronic signatures via eSign in 2024, an increase of 82% compared to June 2022 (the year of launch). They then presented the 2025 roadmap, with enhancements planned in the coming weeks and into 2026.
We were delighted to be joined by LuxTrust, who presented a number of tangible use cases, changes to eSign's visual interface and an update on the new European regulations governing electronic signatures.
Discussions highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement
Paradigm's aim was to gather feedback from users. The session, led by Customer Experience Manager Céline Marescaux and Mica Capezzuto, was followed by a lively discussion between customers and Paradigm's teams.
The users shared frank, useful and constructive feedback, resulting in several key lessons:
- The solution is perceived as practical and useful. It integrates well into working habits, saving time and money.
- There are strong expectations around processing speed (especially for very large documents), smoother usability (fewer clicks, better readability), and more flexible notification management (fewer e-mails, more direct visibility).
Satisfied, demanding users
At the end of the session, we were able to measure users' satisfaction. The solution was given an average score of 7/10, with 8/10 for ease of use. Many participants also expressed their willingness to recommend eSign, confirming the interest and relevance of the proposed solution.
For Paradigm, this Users Club is proof of the importance of involving users in the platform's development. By drawing on their experience, we can develop a service that meets their expectations. In fact, 100% of them intend to take part in the next Users Club.
