2026 property tax mailings begin

Brussels Fiscality has started sending out 400,000 property tax bills. Most of them will be sent during the summer (July-August).

Good to know:

  • If you have activated Opens in new windowMy eBox, you will receive your tax bill digitally. As soon as the document is available, you will be notified by an email mentioning “Services du Gouvernement de la Région bruxelloise” (French) or “Diensten van de Regering van het Brussels Gewest” (Dutch).  
  • The tax bill has a fresh look: Its structure and layout have been revised for greater clarity.  
  • All information about regional taxation and the services of Brussels Fiscality has been available on this website since 2025.
