Seven municipalities in the Brussels region (Auderghem, Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Etterbeek, Ixelles, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Schaerbeek and Uccle) are taking part in the pilot phase.

In these municipal administrations, it is now possible to submit, complete and track an urban planning request completely online via IRISbox.

How do I access the form?

To access the online form for requesting urban planning informationOpens in new windowExternal link, you need to sign in either with an electronic identity card (card reader and eID PIN) or with itsme (smartphone/tablet/PC and your itsme PIN). There is a charge for this service, and you can find the rates for each municipality on the urban.brusselsExternal link website.

Electronic applications will be received and managed either in the NOVA-RU application, or in the IRISbox back-office application, depending on the participating municipality.

The pilot phase will last three months. Once this is completed, the service will be rolled out to all 19 Brussels municipalities.
