Vivalis

Vivalis is the Administration of the Common Community Commission (Cocom).

Vivalis and its partner Iriscare are both in charge of implementing policies in the field of health and aid to individuals in the bilingual Brussels-Capital region.

Missions

Vivalis has set itself the following missions:

  • managing health and social care in Brussels in collaboration with the various levels of government; 
  • coordinating, steering and supervising the implemented prevention and action measures; 
  • approving and subsidising health and social care providers and ensuring administrative and financial supervision; 
  • providing information and communication by producing reference publications. 

Vision

Vivalis is committed to becoming the reference administration for social and health issues in Brussels, not only for citizens but also for partners and policy-makers.
