The type of position is always specified in the job posting.
Your application will be initially screened based on your profile.
- 2. TestingIf your profile matches the requirements, you will receive an email invitation to complete a number of online tests
For statutory roles, testing is conducted in collaboration with talent.brussels. For contractual roles, an external partner of Brussels Fiscality administers the tests.
These tests evaluate the general and/or technical competencies required for the role, such as reasoning ability, judgment, specific skills, and personality or motivation.
To prepare, we recommend reviewing the general competencies listed in the job description.

The interview focuses on your ambitions, education, capabilities, competencies, experience, and motivation. It is conducted by a panel of three staff members, including the recruiting manager, and uses the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
In some cases, a technical test may precede the interview.
- 4. EvaluationLe jury identifiera la personne la plus qualifiée pour le poste.
The jury selects the candidate who best fits the position.
HR then sends an offer of employment and addresses any subsequent questions.
