Employment contracts can end by mutual agreement between employer and employee or by the decision of one of these parties. Whatever the situation, both parties must observe a number of rules and complete a number of formalities.

Employees aged 45 and over

Employers are obliged by law to provide outplacement services to departing employees aged 45 and over.
