What data does Brussels Fiscality use?

Brussels Fiscality analyses various sources from public and private entities to determine whether you have to pay tax and, in some cases, how much you must pay.

If you believe the information provided by our sources is incorrect, please contact the relevant authorities to have your data corrected.

Here are the main sources used by our services:

  • Authentic sources managed by public services: National Register, Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE), DIV (Vehicle Registration Service), Belgian Official Gazette (“Moniteur belge”), etc.
  • Commercial sources, such as the Graydon database of bankruptcies.
  • Databases of other regional services for the taxation of certain activities (tax on class 1 and 2 environmental permits, tax on taxi operations, etc.).
