Taxes requiring annual declaration: complete and submit your declaration form
Several regional taxes are legally required to be declared. In accordance with the current regulations, the taxpayer is responsible for submitting their declaration. Failure to submit a declaration will result in a notification of estimated assessment being issued, without taking into account any undeclared specific details.

Which taxes does this apply to?
- Tax on non-residential surfaces
- Tax on installations subject to a class 1 or 2 environmental permit
- Tax on banking and financial institutions and cash dispensers
- Tax on billboards
- Tax on fuel dispensers
How can you submit your declaration?
Declarations must be submitted via the MyTax.brussels platform within 62 days of the document being made available on it. This allows taxpayers to securely complete their procedures and access all information relating to regional taxes.

Why do you need to submit your tax declaration?
Submitting your tax declaration on time allows you to:
- fulfil your legal obligations.
- avoid estimated assessment, thus ensuring that your tax is calculated in line with your actual situation.
- make sure all taxpayers are treated equally.
