Siham El Oulani is Digital Transformation & Change Manager at easy.brussels. With a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors, she has worked with a variety of different organisations on deploying impactful transformation strategies. For easy.brussels, she is actively involved in the Easy Way, the Brussels-Capital Region's 2020-2025 administrative simplification plan, and as such is leading various different projects to digitise citizen services.
