If a facility fails to meet accreditation standards during a provisional permit, the Ministers will inform the manager about the proposal to withdraw the permit or accreditation.

Where, during the course of a provisional operating permit or accreditation, a facility no longer meets the required accreditation standards, the Ministers will notify the manager of the facility of a proposal to withdraw the provisional operating permit or the accreditation.
