Withdrawal of the accreditation for centres and services for people with disabilities
If a facility with a provisional operating permit or accreditation fails to meet standards, the Ministers will inform the facility manager of a plan to revoke the permit or accreditation.

Where, during the course of a provisional operating permit or accreditation, a facility no longer meets the required accreditation standards, the Ministers will notify the manager of the facility of a proposal to withdraw the provisional operating permit or the accreditation.
