Refusal of a provisional operating permit or the renewal of the accreditation establishments for the reception or accommodation of the elderly
If accreditation standards or deadlines in the Decree aren't met, Ministers will inform the facility manager of the decision to deny a provisional operating permit or accreditation renewal.

In the event of non-compliance with the accreditation standards or the deadlines set out in the Decree, the Ministers will notify the manager of the facility of the refusal to grant a provisional operating permit or to renew the accreditation.
