Refusal and withdrawal of the accreditation for family planning centre
If the verification under Article 6 determines accreditation standards are unmet, the Ministers will notify the organising authority of a proposal to refuse or withdraw accreditation, informing the staff accordingly, and send a copy to the department.

If the verification as mentioned in Article 6 concludes that all or part of the accreditation standards have not been met, the Ministers will notify the organising authority of a proposal to refuse accreditation and will send a copy to the department. The organising authority will inform the staff of this proposed refusal.
If the centre no longer meets the accreditation standards required, the Ministers will notify the organising authority of a proposal to withdraw accreditation and send a copy to the department. The organising authority will inform the staff of the proposed withdrawal.
