Refusal of accreditation for centres and services for people with disabilities
If accreditation standards or deadlines in the Decree are not met, the Ministers will inform the facility's manager of the refusal to issue a provisional operating permit or renew accreditation.

In the event of non-compliance with the accreditation standards or the deadlines set out in the Decree, the Ministers will notify the manager of the facility of the refusal to grant a provisional operating permit or to renew the accreditation.
