Accreditation of laboratories for the Brussels-Capital Region"

Laboratories in the Brussels-Capital Region must be accredited per the Order of 23 June 1994. Complete the accreditation form and meet conditions.

Laboratories must be accredited in the Brussels-Capital Region in application of the Order of 23 June 1994 relating to the general conditions and the procedure for the accreditation of laboratories.

 

Process

Complete the laboratory accreditation application form for the Brussels-Capital Region and comply with the conditions. 

 

Decision granting accreditation taken by Brussels Environment and notified by registered letter or electronically in PDF format.

Refer to Article 6. §1 of the Order of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region of 23 June 1994 relating to the general conditions and the accreditation procedure for laboratories in the Brussels-Capital Region 

 

Cost

250 euros 

 

Average time

Within 90 days 

 

Appeal

Appeals may be made against the decision with regard to the granting, refusal, suspension, withdrawal or modification of an accreditation, in accordance with the provisions of the articles of Title V of the Environmental Permits Ordinance.
