The campaigns of equal.brussels
Raising awareness for equal opportunities is the core mission of equal.brussels. Our intense collaboration with the collective of Brussels non-profit organisations, whose activities and initiatives are supported during our campaigns, is intensified.
Our campaigns target everyone who has a role to play in fighting discrimination and violence and promoting equal opportunities:
- As long as people are unaware of the processes that encourage discrimination, they help perpetuate it without realising it and it becomes difficult to get rid of it.
- If you are discriminated against or are a victim of violence, you have every interest in knowing your rights and how to enforce them .
- As a witness of discrimination or acts of violence, it's important you're aware of the steps you can take.
- Are you a perpetrator of violence? Documentation on all possible assistance is available. Sensitisation also works in this area.
