Are you planning to open or reopen a hospitality business (bar, night shop, discotheque, party venue, snack bar, etc.)?
Then you will need to apply for a number of permits. The fire safety certificate is one of them. To obtain this certificate, you must request an on-site visit before the establishment opens.
Fees
- Administrative cost: € 74,04 per file
- Research costs: € 123,40 per hour
- If extra m² are added to the file afterwards: + € 1,48 per m²
Other types of establishments
The obligation to obtain a fire safety certificate also applies to nurseries, schools, hospitals, nursing and care homes, sports facilities, etc.
