Legal basis of Paradigm
Paradigm (formerly Centre d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise) was created by the law of 21 August 1987, amended by the ordinance of 20 May 1999 concerning its reorganisation and by the ordinance of 29 March 2001. The ordinance of 8 May 2014 establishes it as a regional service integrator.
