IRISteam

These ICT experts help roll out shared services and further develop digital public services. This ensures that service continuity, performance, security and the controlled integration of AI are aligned with common standards, while keeping costs under control.

Established in 2006 at the initiative of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, IRISteam is a non-profit organisation with around 136 members in 2026, including public institutions, regional and local authorities, public services and regional bodies. They benefit from specialised support without having to launch a public procurement procedure and at cost price.

IRISteam is one of the key instruments through which Paradigm fulfils its remit. Paradigm is the public interest body that initiates, implements and manages the digital strategy of the Brussels-Capital Region.
