Workplace Essential - Complete management of a Microsoft 365 tenant

The Workplace Essential service offers management of the institutional partner's Microsoft Tenant 365.
It is designed to help institutions effectively administer their Microsoft 365 environment.

This service includes all the essential functions:

User identification management
Technical administration and operational management: create, modify, deactivate and delete users and groups.

Licence management
Helps manage Microsoft 365 licences by allocating the appropriate licences to users according to their needs.

Security and compliance
Management of the security and compliance parameters to ensure data protection and compliance with current regulations.

Management of collaborative tools
Administration and operational management of Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive (create, modify, deactivate, delete).

Technical support
Support for end users in resolving technical problems related to the use of Microsoft 365, depending on the licence (e.g. problem connecting to the tenant).
