The Brussels Institute for Statistics and Analysis (BISA)
The Brussels Institute for Statistics and Analysis (BISA) collects, produces and disseminates statistics on the Brussels-Capital Region. It makes available to everyone statistics, indicators, publications, methodologies and analyses on the Region.
What does the BISA do?
The BISA:
- Is the reference centre for statistics in the Brussels Region
- Analyses the socio-economic issues facing Brussels
- Evaluates public policies
- Advises Brussels institutions
- Disseminates its knowledge of the Brussels Region
- Participates in the management of the Belgian statistical system.
