IRISbox, the electronic service counter for government agencies

Citizens and businesses consult online documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and have access to interactive forms to request documents and carry out administrative procedures.
IRISbox offers real time savings while ensuring perfect traceability of exchanges between citizens, companies and administrations.
Here are some examples of what can be done online:

• Making an appointment with an administration without connexion or via the electronic identity card or Itsme 
• Consultation of documents such as extracts of act (birth, marriage, divorce, death) or criminal record, certificates (life, household composition, residence, nationality), road reservation, resident card/parking, declaration of change of address; 
• Requests for reimbursement, exemption or staggering of the regional tax to the Brussels Regional Public Service. 
  

IRISbox is available in the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region (Anderlecht, Auderghem, Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Brussels, Etterbeek, Evere, Forest, Ganshoren, Ixelles, Jette, Koekelberg, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Saint-Gilles, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Schaerbeek, Uccle, Watermael-Boitsfort, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre).
