We are proud to announce another milestone in our partnership with the KANAL Foundation, the forthcoming museum of modern and contemporary art in Brussels.

With the opening, scheduled for 2026, on the horizon, Paradigm continues to support this emblematic institution in its digital transformation, thereby helping to reinforce its cultural and social ambition.

A collaborative project for a bold vision

In the context of our mission, Paradigm recently supported to the Foundation in implementing Microsoft 365, a collaborative solution designed to modernise work tools and prepare the teams to meet the challenges of a museum with international reach.

The main phases of this project were:

  • A customised digital environment put in place with the implementation of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to meet the specific needs of KANAL.
  • Migration to Exchange Online for secure, optimised communications management.
  • Workshops organised to structure the collaborative processes and ensure more involvement from the teams.

This successful digital transition, implemented in record time (5 months), was made possible by the dedication of KANAL's management and the collaboration of internal departments with Paradigm. Jean-François Leconte, General Secretary of Kanal, was also delighted to "highlight the collective success, with the dedication of the experts who worked in tandem to ensure this success".

Paradigm has been a trusted partner since the very first IT-related discussions for the KANAL project, involved in infrastructure, data management, and now the integration of innovative tools. This support is part of a shared vision: providing the KANAL teams with the resources they need to write a new page in the cultural history of Brussels.

As the opening of the museum draws closer, Paradigm is still working on-site to finalise the next phases: integrating Salesforce, professionalising the IT services and supporting a growing team.

Line Deblander, Paradigm's IT Manager for this project, had this to say: "We are proud to contribute to this major cultural project, which will have an impact far beyond Brussels. With KANAL, Paradigm is forging a future where innovation is fully behind the cultural ambition".
