Cosearching is a method in which job seekers work together on their job search, stimulate each other and develop new skills.
An innovative and unique project in Brussels, based entirely on collaboration.
In concrete terms, groups of ten job seekers will regularly meet with each other, first supervised and then independently.
They share the difficulties they encounter, the experiences that can help others and seek solutions together.
In this way they gain more self-confidence and they get out of the isolation more easily that many of them find themselves in.
During the coaching, they can also work on their creativity, teamwork and expand their network, all of which are important when looking for a job.
