Paradigm supports Anderlecht's digital transition

The municipality of Anderlecht, with a population of over 120,000, entrusted the management of its IT activities to Paradigm in 2016. This collaboration, which will extend to the management of the municipality's schools in 2024, is a concrete example of how public and private players can work together to promote the digital transition.

"We are delighted to be able to support the municipality of Anderlecht in its digital transition", says Nicolas Locoge, Director General of Paradigm. "We are convinced that technology can play a major role in improving both public services and the daily lives of citizens", adds Marc Van den Bossche, Deputy Director of Paradigm.

"We chose Paradigm for its expertise and its commitment to a quality service," stress the Anderlecht municipal authorities. We are confident that this collaboration will strengthen our ability to offer innovative digital services to our citizens".

Paradigm's teams are in direct daily contact with the municipality's different departments, listening to their needs and proposing appropriate solutions. They also have to consider shared solutions that could be deployed by other administrations.

"Our aim is to satisfy our customers by offering solutions that meet their specific needs", explains Pierre Culot, IT Manager at Paradigm. "We also emphasise collaboration with our customers to ensure a successful partnership".

The collaboration between Paradigm and Anderlecht is a concrete example of how the digital transition can bring tangible benefits to citizens. It enables the municipality to offer more efficient and accessible public services, and citizens to enjoy a better digital experience.
