A business incubator is a centre connected to a university or college where technology businesses – both spin-offs and other start-ups – are given access to the support and equipment they need to is the umbrella authority for incubators in the Brussels-Capital Region.

Spin-off in Brussels

The Spin-off in Brussels programme (FR/NL) was established to help develop the economic fabric of the Region. The aim is to practically apply the results of fundamental scientific research to create new spin-offs in the Brussels-Capital Region.
